The case titled Parvez Baig v. District Judge, Neelum has been successfully decided by the Honourable High Court of AJK and the judgment has been duly reported as 2026 MLD 110.
The matter was decided by Honourable Mr. Justice Syed Shahid Bahar.
In this civil case, an important legal principle has been laid down that the legal heirs of a deceased party are not confined to being impleaded merely as legal representatives, but may also be added as parties under Order I Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
The case was conducted and argued by me, along with Madam Aimal Ata, Advocate. This reported judgment shall serve as a guiding precedent for civil courts to ensure effective and complete adjudication.
